BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
The association assists its members in drawing various business development plans and implementation of effective management programmes in the firms of the industry.
PRODUCT MARKETING
The association provides mar-keting information on current prices and trends of fresh vegetables, market linkages and negotiation in both the local and international markets.
TECHNICAL TRAINING
The association provides technical services to its members in the areas of site selection, land preparation, nursery management, planting, produce estimates, pest and disease control and farm management and planning. Furthermore, VEPEAG organizes regular training and seminars to its members on issues related to quality control, sound environmental practices, packaging, standards and records-keeping among others.
